IT IS A NEW BRAND USING A HISTORICAL RECIPE THAT IS BORN IN FANO THANKS
TO SAILORS AND FISHERMEN BUT ALSO USED BY FAMILIES FOR DOMESTIC USE
AFTER DINNER AS A DIGESTIVE. CREATED BY MY GRANDFATHER IN ITS GROCERY IS
HANDED DOWN TO OUR DAYS.
SINCE THE END OF THE WAR, UNTIL THE MID-80S, THE “ESPOSTO” GROCERY STORE
LOCATED IN FANO, WAS VERY KNOWN AND USED, AMONG THE OTHERS, FROM
THE FARMERS WHO, FROM THE LIMITROFE CAMPAIGNS, BRINGED THE WINES TO
“CORRECT” FROM HIS SKILLED HANDS. HE WAS ALSO ENJOYED TO MIX LIQUEURS
BUT FOR A LONG TIME THIS SPECIAL MIXTURE HAS BEEN UNKNOWN, IT WAS
CONSUMED EXCLUSIVELY IN RESTRICTED GROUPS OF LOCAL FRIENDS.
